Manual Area Recognition

Manual recognition allows you to pinpoint a specific QR code when multiple codes are present on your screen.

How to trigger​

  1. Click the QR Pick icon in the Menu Bar and select Scan QR Code.
  2. OR use the global hotkey: Command (⌘) + Shift + R.

The Process​

  • Your cursor will turn into a crosshair.
  • Click and drag to draw a box around the QR or Barcode.
  • Once you release the mouse, the result window will pop up automatically.

Result Actions​

Depending on the content, you can:

  • URL: Click "Open in Browser" (the window will auto-close).
  • WiFi: Click "Copy Password".
  • Email: Click "Open Mail Client".
